Order Timeline :

If payment reflects before 9:30am on a *working day, the courier will be instructed to collect on the same day, otherwise it will depart on the next working day.

*Working days excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you the tracking number via email.
  • After the courier has your package, delivery takes place within the following estimated times:
    Main Centres: 2-3 working days. Main centres include properties within a 30km tarred road, radius of the major city within South Africa
    Towns & outlying areas: 3-5 working days.

Swiss Appliances takes full responsibility for your parcel up to the point of delivery and signature. if your parcel goes missing or the contents are damaged, we will collect and replace or collect and reimburse for the affected items at no cost to you.

Our contracted couriers unfortunately do not deliver to plots, farms, mines, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves and lodges, airports or harbours and any outlying areas which require access via untarred or gravel roads longer than 1km off any main tarred roads.

We are here to assist in any way possible to ensure you receive your order. Additionally, you can enjoy a reduced price if you choose to collect your order from our premises!

The delivery address must be a physical address.  Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery. Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday.

If the courier arrives within the agreed time period and no one is home, they will have to return at another time. This can incur a re-delivery charge fee (considering distance travelled), which the customer will be responsible for. Alternatively, arrangements can be made to collect directly from the courier company, but this needs to be co-ordinated in advance.

Any questions or alternative arrangements can be made directly with the courier assigned to your delivery.  These contact details will be included in the tracking info sent to you.
