We promise to ensure All Swiss AG customers to be 100% satisfied with every product purchased, so our Returns and Complaints Policy process should be quick and easy to understand.

We hope that one of the below options will help with any issues encountered.

The incorrect product was delivered.
  1. Please contact our customer service team immediately via our call centre number 041-4842076 (Our operating times are – weekdays 8:00 – 17:00 Fri 2:30)  or send us an email on sales@swissappliances.co.za and we will impress you with how quickly we are able to solve this problem.
  2. Have your invoice, order or tracking number handy so that we can click on your info. For more info refer to our warranty policy here.
  3. All goods returned must be in original protective packaging and box.
  4. Once Swiss AG has confirmation on the incorrect delivery, the product will be collected and returned to Swiss Appliances. Thereafter the correct product will be despatched asap.
Can I do an exchange?

  2. Have your invoice, order or tracking number handy so that we can click on your info.

The product was damaged on arrival

You can return any unwanted product to us within 7 days of receipt of the order, provided it is

  1. In its original new condition, unused and suitable for re-selling
  1. In the original packaging (with any original labels attached, where applicable)
  2. Not missing any accessories, booklets or parts and accessories.

Note:

Once received, our customer service team will evaluate your return for eligibility before it is processed.

You will be reimbursed in the same manner in which your purchase was made.

The reimbursement will be communicated to you once processed.

Reimbursements can take 14-36hrs depending on some banking speeds.

Delivery returns costs are the responsibility of the customers account

The product is faulty or has stopped working
  1. We would like to solve the problem immediately!  While other online companies only communicate on email, we prefer to sort this out over the phone so that you can hear from us directly on the quickest way to solve any issues.  We also follow-up with emails wherever necessary to keep you updated.  Call: 041-4842076 for customer and technical service or email us on sales@swissappliances.co.za.
  2. Once you’ve submitted your request, our team will quickly evaluate your problem and process for (1)technical assistance, or (2)rectify problem over the phone, or (3)send out a service technician or (4)process for return within the shortest possible time.

Out of warranty?

All products and components which either fall out of the warranty period or not covered by the warranty – We will gladly assist with spare parts sales or directing you to the closest, qualified SwissAG service agent.  Please make contact with our sales team on sales@swissappliances.co.za or on (041)4842076  (Office hrs weekdays 8:00-17:00…fri 2:30).
